About Heather MacMillan

Bringing my education as well as my public relations, marketing, and client-focused, interpersonal communication experience internally to succeed in many positions. I have completed my diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management as well as my Pre-Business program with focus on Marketing. I have learnt how to deal effectively with tight deadlines and meeting customers’ needs promptly and accurately. My efficient knowledge of Excel work books, Power Point and Microsoft word help me effectively organize and complete tasks at hand. Being a team player and having the abilities to effectively communicate within a business is key, and I have demonstrated that in my current and past work history. Able to participate in problem solving and collaborative sessions, being respectful to coaching and able to work for improvement is also an asset that I have obtained throughout my experiences. My enthusiastic and pleasant attitude is a trait that I bring to work every day. I believe this experience and my strong work ethic will make me a valued member of staff.
