About Heather Malloy

I am an experienced product leader with a knack for identifying problems and opportunities. I thrive in a highly collaborative environment, working across disciplines on identifying and implementing the right solutions. I have worked on teams ranging from Marketing to Engineering, and Operations to Design. I bring perspective to the group, maintaining an overarching vision, while defining and executing on the strategy towards our longer term goals. I am constantly learning, and never assume I have all the answers, but I am also decisive and accountable and am not afraid to creatively and respectfully challenge the status quo. I have mentored and coached others, and have been seen as a leader even when my title was not one of leadership. I am passionate, ask great questions, and genuinely want to make lives better - whether through a customer facing tool that we are building together or in how we are working together to create that tool.
