I am a Risk Manager with more than 3 years in risk management in a consultancy, 5 years experience in compliance in a law firm and with more than 6 years experience as an in-house legal advisor, with experience in providing commercial advisory services to private sector entities. My key areas of expertise include compliance advice and its applicable procedures; drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in relation to business transactions and other related areas. My personal attributes include my ability to communicate effectively at all levels, building strong relationships quickly and efficiently whilst working in a team environment or independently.
