About Heather McGrath

From the entertainment industry to luxury events, my roles through the years have all had the connective thread of organizing and project managing creative deliverables. I spent the first few years of my career in the independent film space. From film festivals to digital distribution, I loved bringing unique stories to wider audiences. The experience of watching a compelling film can make us feel so many emotions and connect us to humanity in such a rich way. Craving more of a tactile experience, I started working at luxury floral design studios in NYC. From creating proposals for weddings, events, and weekly flower deliveries for some of NY's top locations, to project managing floral installations for holiday decor, fashion shows, and product launches, it was a rewarding part of my career where I grew so much. My current role as Senior Project Manager, Creative at FIRST Agency allows me to bring all of my skills and passions in one role. I work closely with graphic, 3D, and motion graphic designers to bring our client's visions to life for events and experiences across the globe. With core values of excellence, ambition and creativity, we're always pushing the boundaries to exceed client's expectations.
