About Heather Monigan

I am a passionate engineering executive who has always embraced both technology, strategy, and business. I love orchestrating transformational change while creating organizations where people love to come to work every day to deliver their best. I lead with authenticity, empower others, and deliver results that matter and make money. I am known for my communication ability, my unrelenting drive for continuous improvement and my desire to do the impossible without crushing the souls of those around me. I’ve commanded both board rooms and conference stages with superb communication, technical credibility, and a touch of humor. I’m a calculated risk-taker who embraces a challenge and has dealt with high stakes of successfully managing over $1B of Intellectual Property (IP) Portfolio for a $4B business at Intel, setting the product strategy, creating alliances with Fortune 50 companies, and designing complex, cutting edge systems has taught me both the deep technology coupled with meaningful business strategy.
