About Heather Moore

I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP-C, with an MSN and BSN from East Tennessee State University. I currently practice as an NP in the Float pool for Family Medicine at Intermountain Health. I manage both acute and chronic conditions, refer to specialist when appropriate, perform minor outpatient procedures, and identify critical situations that require transfer to a higher level of care. I currently work with patients of all ages with a wide-variety of complex medical conditions. As an RN, I was trained as a critical care nurse and worked in the Trauma ICU at UTMC, a level I trauma center. I was a relief team leader, CRRT certified, and obtained my CCRN while in that role.
