Starting as a Desktop Publisher and then moving towards a Graphic Design focus within our Marketing department, I have always been heavily involved in our proposal response team; RFP response management and development is now my main focus. I support all practice areas within the firm with every step, from the initial review of the incoming RFP, strategy discussion, drafting and editing content, design, layout, and submission, to preparation of visual presentations, database management, and template maintenance. I also continue to assist with design and layout for other business development initiatives, working in page layout, graphic, and word processing programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, QuarkXPress) to achieve the best result for the team, including advertising, event materials, web graphics, announcement mailers, brochures, flyers, booklets, and postcards, and liaising with external designers, printers, and suppliers. All of this combines to help my clients - our lawyers - further their business and connections with their own clients.
