About Heather Noble

Hello! I’m Heather, a Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist, former elite athlete, and owner of Heather Noble Nutrition. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with athletes and active individuals at all levels who are looking to enhance their health and athletic performance. I am equally passionate about supporting those on their journey to recover from disordered eating or eating disorders. For the past four years, I have been part of the clinical team at EatWell Eating Disorder Treatment Centre, where I’ve helped patients navigate their recovery journeys. Additionally, I currently contribute my expertise to the Cleveland Clinic’s Executive Health Program on a part-time basis. I hold a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto and a second degree in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Western Ontario. I have also earned the International Olympic Committee Sports Nutrition Diploma, further enhancing my knowledge in this field. In my practice, I take an evidence-based, client-centered approach that prioritizes gentle nutrition and fosters a positive relationship with food. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment for my clients, empowering them to cultivate positive change and achieve personal growth.
