About Heather Norman

I’m a Learning & Development leader and program manager with over 20 years of experience building training programs, managing complex initiatives, and improving systems across nonprofit and healthcare organizations. I specialize in designing learning that sticks, creating clarity from chaos, and making sure teams at every level feel supported, equipped, and heard. Much of my work has focused on improving outcomes for people who are too often pushed to the margins. I’m passionate about advocating for underserved, vulnerable communities and making sure that equity isn’t just a buzzword… it’s baked into how we lead, train, and operate. I bring a strong background in facilitation, training design, change management, program management, and organizational development, and I’ve led everything from training rollouts to ground-up program launches. I approach every project with curiosity, empathy, and a drive to get things done in a way that feels human. If you care about building thoughtful systems that support real people, I’d love to connect.
