As the Executive Director of Naperville Ellie Mental Health and President-elect of the Association for Child and Adolescent Counseling in Illinois (ACACI), I am passionate about empowering individuals, families, and communities through compassionate and evidence-based mental health care. With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I have a deep commitment to fostering inclusive environments that support growth, healing, and well-being. In my current role, I lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering high-quality mental health services, with a focus on client-centered care and continuous improvement. I’m especially passionate about expanding access to mental health services for underserved populations, creating inclusive spaces for all, and mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals. As a proud mom, bonus mom, and someone with lived experience navigating the IEP system, I bring a personal understanding to my professional work in advocating for the needs of children and families. My leadership is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a shared commitment to improving lives.
