As a successful, small business owner, I bring creativity, authenticity, and smart strategy to all of my projects. I value open-minded communication, crafting big ideas that facilitate change and progress, and thrive collaborating with a passionate and driven team.I offer over 15 years of experience in account management and client relations in the mortgageindustry. There, I grew my territory by 200% through networking, relationship development,intent listening to my clients’ needs, and solving complex problems in clever ways. My desire forconnecting with people and ability to cultivate trust via open communication have been themeans to my success, including several President Club awards. I combined these skills alongwith my passion for community outreach by serving as the Development Associate/EventProducer at Fremont Abbey. Although this position was a three-month contract, it was mygreatest career challenge and my proudest achievement because I was able to partner withlocal businesses and corporations to create events that benefited both the non-profit and localbusiness. I successfully produced ten events in ten days, which included securing event space,procuring in-kind donations, contracting catering, creating timelines, and managing donor andguest lists. In addition to my event production work, I secured four new corporate sponsors andeight new in-kind donors, making it Fremont Abbey’s most successful fundraising campaign todate. I offer an open mind, creative problem solving, humor, andcollaboration.
