I worked at Sonic Drive In for 3 years where I accomplished starting as a carhop and ending as an assistant manager. It was definitely a great experience being able to see and do the different positions because it helped me as an assistant manager lead the crew on duty. I worked at Discover Financial Services for 3 years in which I was able to blossom more in the care side. With the position I was in, I continued to grow at being able to connect with customers and problem solve more quickly. It was always rewarding to get off a call with a customer who started off in a very bad mood and them ending in a great mood. I am now currently working at Aerotek on a contract with Southwest Airlines. I work closely with the other Southwest Airlines recruiters, both those contracted and those who work directly for Southwest Airlines. In this position, I do phone interviews as a recruiter for different positions and locations across the United States. I help determine whether or not a candidate is a good fit to move to the face to face interview.
