My amazing journey started as a Customer Service assistant for an Independent Agent with “Northwestern Mutual”. My career advanced into a fast-paced start-up with DigiPro Media. Then, to develop my career goals further, I transitioned to a Global Lighting and Technology Corporation - Acuity Brands. Over the next 6 years I deepened my skills in Customer Excellence, Project Management, and Marketing. In high stakes positions, I strategically contributed to identifying customer base, enhancing customer experience, and building rapport to ensure profitable operations. I also earned recognition for quick turnaround in communicating with customers on a regular basis to understand needs and gather feedback on products and services.
