A strategic thinker, relationship builder, and executor by nature, I support enterprise compliance health in a highly regulated environment by developing, implementing, and executing compliance programs with continuous improvement. With 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the compliance arena, I thrive and enjoy learning new areas of compliance, leveraging and celebrating the unique abilities of others to create dynamic teams, and execute to build new and sustainable compliance programs. As part of my academic journey, I received my MBA from Western Governors University and put that knowledge to the test by incorporating strategies and tactical plans into my compliance focus and driving it to completion. I seek to be the solution by simply asking, “how can I help you today?”.
