About Heather Rice

I am a Partner and the Line of Business Leader for Products which encompasses Consumer & Retail, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, with Energy, Natural Resources and Chemicals. Prior to this position, I was the US Tax Leader for Consumer and Retail. Before that I led and grew the AMCS practice, primarily focusing on the research credit and controversy work. Heather serves as a Lead Account partner and Lead Tax Partner for a number of accounts in consumer and retail, life sciences, energy, and industrial manufacturing. I am proud to be the lead recruiting partner for the University of Richmond where I am also is the chair of the Accounting Advisory Board and sit on the business school Dean’s Executive Advisory Council. I am also on the AMCS DEI Committee and, prior to that, I was the co-chair for the Richmond Chapter of KNOW. I am also a proud board member for Maymont Foundation.
