About Heather Roberts

As an educator with a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, a Bachelor’s in English and Health Education, and a Business Marketing degree, I blend pedagogical expertise with strategic business insight to create impactful learning experiences. I’ve led curriculum development efforts, integrating project-based learning, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and improving student outcomes. One of my proudest accomplishments is starting the first yoga program at my high school, which grew from a small class to over 180 applicants in its first year. By working with specialists, I ensured the program was inclusive for neurodivergent students and those with physical disabilities, making it a movement centered on personal growth and inclusion. In addition to teaching, I lead teams, mentor students, and collaborate with district groups. I thrive on fostering environments where everyone can grow, learn, and succeed. My data analysis skills have also allowed me to create actionable insights from academic measures, driving continuous improvement. I’m dedicated to pushing boundaries, whether by mentoring educators, leading curriculum projects, or volunteering within my school community. I believe in creating spaces where all students feel they belong and can achieve their best.
