Motivated and reliable office administrative professional, with 15 years' experience providing executive level support and administration. I create and manage all warranty claims for a chain of heavy equipment stores, through a variety of manufacturers. Additionally, I am currently the heavy equipment sales coordinator, organizing and handling all aspects of our New Holland and Kioti tractor sales contracts and registrations, for both agricultural and industrial sales to the public and to government entities. My duties have also entailed providing top-notch customer service to a variety of clients, and handling multiple locations’ main inbound telephone call flow, directing callers to the correct departments and/or our corporate headquarters. I am also experienced in collections and past-due account recovery, as well as deep-dive research and locating information on-demand. I am proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and with other equipment (such as 10-key and cash registers). I have extensive experience in writing business letters, memos, and creation / maintenance of spreadsheets, and a large archive of sales and warranty information.
