I spent 15 years working for a global IT Sourcing company before making the switch to higher education. As the Director of Computer Support Services, I lead the teams that provide first class technical support to the faculty, staff and students at Connecticut College. My position affords me the opportunity to meet and build relationships with many constituents on our campus.
