Hi! My name is Heather, and I’m a fourth-year Finance student at Simon Fraser University. I'm currently working as a Customer Experience Associate at TD, where I support clients with their day-to-day banking needs and ensure a positive customer experience. This role has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and client service skills in a fast-paced financial environment. Through my academic journey and part-time roles, I’ve developed a strong foundation in finance, business communication, and teamwork. I'm passionate about helping people make informed financial decisions and am eager to grow my career in the finance industry. I continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve. My goal is to pursue a long-term career in banking or financial services, where I can combine my education and experience to make a meaningful impact.
