Heather S. Wolf is driven by purpose and guided by principle, I am a seasoned policy strategist and organizational leader with a passion for empowering people and driving change at the highest levels. My career has spanned the White House, global empowerment campaigns, and the nation’s top leadership training institutions—each experience deepening my belief in the power of strong, values-based leadership. Currently serving as the Policy Strategist and One Campaign Manager to Empowering a Billion Women and the Office of Ingrid Vanderveldt, I lead strategic initiatives that equip women around the world with the tools, networks, and resources they need to succeed in business and leadership. I’ve had the privilege of shaping impactful strategies and scaling programs that inspire bold action and measurable progress. Previously, I served as a Senior Aide to several campaigns, offering critical insights to leaders navigating complex political, economic, and social landscapes. My early career includes service as a White House Aide under President George W. Bush—an experience that instilled in me a deep respect for public service, diplomacy, and effective governance. I am also proud to serve as an Advisor to The Campaign School at Yale, where I mentor and support emerging public leaders—especially women—as they prepare to run for office and lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
