As a DVM Sourcer at Western Veterinary Partners, our mission is to improve the lives of veterinarians, and help them grow professionally and personally, while providing a supportive environment for team members, families, and their pets by finding and attracting qualified candidates for various DVM positions. I partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and create sourcing strategies that align with the organizational goals and values. I leverage my skills in talent acquisition, applicant tracking systems, and executive search to perform recruiting services. I utilize various sources, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals, to identify and engage with passive and active candidates, and perform continuous follow-up to build long-term relationships. Whether you are an early career veterinarian or an experienced veterinarian or a veterinarian open to working at multiple practices, we have opportunities to support your career.
