With over a decade of experience in the health care industry, I am the Director of Supply Chain at Bryan Health, a leading regional health system. In this role, I oversee the purchasing, contracting, inventory management, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment for our network of hospitals and clinics. My core competencies include operations management, negotiation, analytical thinking, and supply chain optimization. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. I am passionate about delivering excellent service, reducing costs, and improving efficiency for our patients and staff. As part of my mission, I have implemented lean operations, streamlined workflows, and established strategic partnerships with vendors and stakeholders. I have also led multiple process improvement initiatives that have resulted in significant savings, increased quality, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
