About Heather Shepard

I’m happiest when I’m leading multi-disciplinary teams and together building new markets and partnerships to attract new customers to renewable energy and sustainability. Building effective partnerships has been the key to my success and I believe it is even more critical to help scale clean energy and climate technologies to combat climate change. Other leadership responsibilities include: hiring people I can learn from, pragmatic big picture planning, incorporating data and research on climate change and clean energy adoption, asking questions, constantly thinking about the customer perspective and how to scale technologies and pitching in at a moment’s notice to move the ball forward when we get stuck.Environmental/Sustainability expertise in renewable energy, transportation electrification, energy storage/DERs.Executive Management and leadership skills in:Channel, Partnership and Customer EngagementScoping New Technology Pilots and ProgramsScaling new technologies and organizationsBusiness PlanningMarket DevelopmentCustomer Relationship ManagementOperations, Team LeadershipDemand and Lead GenerationProgram and Product Management
