My expertise lies in creating safe, reflective environments where individuals, teams and groups can reconnect with themselves and each other. As a qualified coach, coaching supervisor, therapist, trainer and facilitator, I specialise in nurturing potential and supporting growth. My career is dedicated to helping others discover their best selves, both for personal fulfilment and in service to others. One of my career highlights was leading the development, design and delivery of an award-winning national coaching programme supporting the health and wellbeing of England's primary care workforce Throughout my career, I've held senior leadership positions guiding individuals, teams and services through significant redesign and change, facilitating smooth transitions at individual, team and system levels.
