My expertise spans UX, content strategy, analytics, email marketing, and CMS governance—helping higher education, healthcare, and biotech teams engage audiences more meaningfully through inclusive design and purpose-driven storytelling. I’ve led website redesigns, guided accessibility overhauls, implemented CRM-integrated email workflows, and developed full-funnel digital strategies that align with fundraising and engagement goals. I also manage social media campaigns across platforms, leveraging analytics and creative storytelling to increase reach and audience connection. In addition, I create instructional tools—walkthroughs, documentation, and trainings—that enhance platform adoption and empower teams to work more effectively. My approach is grounded in WCAG-compliant accessibility, user-centered design, and data-informed decision-making. Whether launching a campaign or supporting long-term governance models, I lead with empathy, clarity, and a focus on measurable outcomes. I hold a Master’s in Information Technology with a concentration in Web Design & Development and recently completed Google’s UX Design Certification.
