Over the past 22 years I have been dedicated to working through the challenges facing Mortgage Servicing; my primary focus being Legislative & Regulatory changes and the process improvement & control placement required to ensure compliance for the teams within the Default world. For over 10 years I led a team of Reporting Analysts & Coordinators whose workload consisted of Data Integrity, Control Reporting, Research, Chronologies, Legislation, Loss Analysis & Investor Audits. I thrived on making the lives of my Managers easier while also empowering my team to exceed business expectations and to have the confidence and skills needed to pursue their desired career paths. I am currently a Vice President, Risk & Control Specialist Senior within Regulatory Affairs on the Exam Management Team. I am responsible for managing the coordination and execution of regulatory exams, acting as a liaison to the lines of business and governance partners to provide guidance and deliver consistent, accurate and timely information to the regulatory agencies.
