With over 18 years of work experience in the property management industry, I have developed core competencies in managing rent, tenants, employees, property maintenance and repairs, landlord-tenant laws, business operations, property records and accounting. My mission is to provide high-quality service and value to my clients and stakeholders, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for the residents. I am currently working as a Property Manager II at Monarch Investment and Management Group, a leading multifamily housing owner and operator in the US. I am proud to be part of a diverse and dynamic team that strives to achieve excellence, innovation, and growth in the industry. In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations and financial performance of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise. I also leverage my expertise in debtor/creditor relations, Microsoft Excel, and property management software to optimize the rent collection process, manage the budgets and reports, and track the property data and metrics. I have successfully increased the occupancy rate, tenant satisfaction, and revenue of my properties, while reducing the costs, risks, and vacancies. I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices, and to collaborate with my colleagues and partners to deliver exceptional results.
