I am an executive leader with an extensive portfolio of achievements, as demonstrated by my leadership within Archimedes, where I align with plan sponsors to achieve savings and drive development of strategies that lead to a sustainable specialty drug benefit. I have built and developed a team that manages all of clinical and medical management. During my time at Archimedes, we have launched, implemented and managed innovative specialty drug management solutions for employers, labor groups, health plans, health systems and TPAs in both the pharmacy and medical benefit, resulting in 30-50% reduction in plan spend. Armed with an understanding of health economics, the managed care space and the tools to accurately assess the opportunities in data, we have been able to detect, consult and intervene to reduce waste and align the benefit to value. Through clinical leadership we have achieved 92% biosimilar fill rate and optimized quality of care for our members, as lower overall cost our our clients. In addition, I demonstrated successful progression through a high performance and highly intense pharmacy benefit management organization through key company growth years. I had been major contributor and part of the team of leaders that helped Express Scripts grow from a small regional player to Fortune 20 status. I played prominent roles in integrating five acquisitions, valued at nearly $40B, over 12 years. I held full P&L responsibility for clinical solutions for Express Scripts, valued at $350M per year. My record of successful leadership and contributions led to multimillion dollar breakthrough product launches, operational efficiencies & industry changing strategies. My leadership style is both motivational and empowering. I have built a reputation of being able engage large teams, deliver results and overcome significant challenges, such as declining markets and heavily-regulated industries. I am well-versed in industry trends, regulations and best practices.
