Hi there, I'm Heather My career path hasn't been a straight line—and I actually think that's one of my biggest strengths. I've worked in a range of industries and roles: HR, admin, photography, IT, and marketing. Every chapter sharpened different skills, but what stayed constant was how I thought. I've always worked at the intersection of organization and creativity, logic and aesthetics, problem-solving, and people. I spent seven years in IT, focused on audit compliance, process design, and systems reporting. It was precise, analytical work—and I genuinely enjoyed making things run smoother. But over time, I found myself drawn toward more creative, collaborative work, which led me to marketing and events. I've led production, managed vendors, and executed large-scale programs that bring strategy to life. Now, I get to use both sides of my brain every day. I lead event programs, manage marketing production, coordinate cross-functional teams, and streamline operations from idea to execution. I love building processes that make things easier, faster, and more human—for teams and for audiences. Whether managing vendor relationships, building timelines, troubleshooting event logistics, or aligning teams around a shared goal, I show up with curiosity, clarity, and calm. I'm also known for color-coding everything, asking thoughtful questions, and making complicated projects feel manageable. Outside of work, I'm usually making something—photos, DIY projects, maybe a spreadsheet (just for fun). I'm curious, process-minded, and happiest when I'm helping a team do great work together.
