Heather Tulman has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology as a Manager, Project Manager and Business Analyst. Heather has proven expertise in managing projects for a diverse range of industries, including Technology, Public Sector, Insurance, Agriculture and Transportation. Heather has seasoned skills in team building, analysis, organization, team leadership, vendor management and project management. Heather’s clients describe her as a strong leader, focused on ethics, team building, client satisfaction and achieving results. Heather is quality driven, engaging stakeholders through open communication and collaborative effort to define project, product or service requirements to “do it right the first time.” During her implementations, Heather has built a reputation of mentoring and coaching others to help her customers succeed.
