I’m passionate about helping organizations and people grow, whether that’s through building strategic client relationships, driving business growth, or designing learning programs that make change feel possible. My career has spanned business development, learning & development (L&D), and organizational change management (OCM), and the throughline has always been the same: helping people adapt, thrive, and move forward. In my current role I am focused on supporting healthcare organizations in their quality improvement journey through accreditation readiness and meaningful client partnerships. I enjoy the challenge of connecting the dots between organizational goals and practical, value-driven solutions that help teams succeed. Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to mission-driven organizations, places where the work matters and where people are empowered to make an impact. I’ve been fortunate to lead global programs across 115+ countries, design leadership development initiatives, and guide organizations through transformational change.
