About Heather Tyeryar

I am a quick learning self-starter who requires minimal oversight to complete assigned projects. In my current role, I am the primary producer of many high-level reports that are sent to Sr Leadership. I have advanced to be our contract's Crystal Reports subject matter expert, and am mostly self-taught. I have also written many SOPs to document reporting processes. I pride myself on my strong data analysis, precise documentation, and professional communication skills. In my current role, I have decreased the level of effort on many projects by streamlining the processes. I work closely with program Sr Leadership and customer Sr Leadership to gather requirements and produce the required information. I take pride in my work and exceeding customer expectations.
