Helping people on their journey to improve their life chances, health and well being is my passion. My working focus areas are - University support Transitions School & learning engagement Person-centred and social model of disability champion PDA Going with the flow and each individuals vibe Self Identity Lifeskills Identifying triggers and working them through Transition to Post16 Autism employment support Preventing harmful practices Understanding school SEND guidance and applying reasonable adjustments well Understanding mental health fitness Promoting the #ActuallyAutistic & #NothingAboutUsWithoutUs movements Working with the neurodivergent community to understand neurodiversity & teach them to believe in themselves - I’m a keen believer in outdoor therapy. Being lucky enough to live in the Lake District, I encourage my students to enjoy what we have right on our doorstep. In my own spare time, I’ll be found walking/running the fells or paddle boarding the lakes with my family National 3 Peaks - 22hours Looking for my next challenge!
