About Heather Wade

I am a Clinical Education Consultant at INTEGRIS Health, where I provide educational support for assigned nursing units and develop, implement, and evaluate orientation plans for clinical employees. In my current role, I have taken on additional responsibilities such as co-coordinating the nurse-residency program, instructing training certification courses, and serving as an emergency department educator. I have also gained experience with EPIC electronic health records, which I use to document and monitor patient care. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and safety of nursing practice, as well as mentoring and supporting new and aspiring nurses. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in various settings, such as a children's emergency department, a Level I Trauma Center, a PICU, and a pediatric medical surgical unit. I am eager to collaborate with others and contribute to the organization's mission and vision.
