About Heather Webb

Heather is a project director and environmental planner at Narratives Inc. She has supported and managed a variety of projects through a trauma-informed and decolonized lens and is guided by the principles of informed decision-making, Indigenous sovereignty, and reconciliation. Heather holds a bachelor’s in environmental studies from the University of Manitoba, focusing her studies in environmental assessment and Indigenous studies. Heather brings experience from both the public and private sectors, with interests in Indigenous-led and Harmonized Impact Assessment processes. Her work at Narratives includes supporting community-led impact assessments, land relations planning, traditional knowledge studies, and capacity building. Her responsibilities include strategic oversight, relationship-building, community engagement, qualitative research, and technical reporting. In her spare time, Heather loves reading, gardening, rollerblading, and making ceramics.
