About Heather Weiss

From Broadway's bright lights to Apple's iconic stages, my journey has been driven by a passion for creating meaningful stories and moments of connection. With roots in theater that took me from small-island Texas to New York's most acclaimed productions, I've always found joy in bringing people together through powerful, well-executed stories + experiences. After years on Broadway and faculty at The Juilliard School, I now lead Conference + Event Services at Apple, where my team delivers everything from intimate gatherings to expansive company-wide celebrations. We serve as the heartbeat of connection, partnering across the organization to create memorable experiences that strengthen our community. My background in production, combined with my training in shamanic traditions and as both a birth and end-of-life doula, has given me a unique perspective on what truly matters: authentic human connection. Whether managing a Broadway show or our campus-wide Holiday Parties, I bring the same dedication to creating spaces where people can connect, collaborate, and celebrate together.
