About Heather Wells

I am a hard working Mom to 3 boys and 1 girl. I have always been a hard worker. I began seeking babysitting jobs at the age of 12, and found my passion with working with children. Throughout the years my passion expanded into being able to be a Director of a Child Care Center. When given the opporunity I ran with it and helped create a second location for my place of work. I have always been dedicated to my employer and putting my best foot forward. I bring a lot of passion to my work, even in the "ordinary" tasks as I believe in high quality work. After dedicating 12 years to my late employer my life dramatically changed and I had to make the decision between work and myself and my family. I was a Stay At Home Mom for almost 2 years and then began a remote position as an administrative assistant. I am looking forward to working with an employer that can support me in my role as Mom, while knowing that I will be able to provide the high quality work they are looking for or needing. I am able to complete all Administrative tasks, manage schedules, documents, appointments, client management, website building, invoicing, and more. My communicaiton skills and ability to understand others needs is of highest priorities to me. Being in Management for many years and supporting not only 10 employees at any given time, I helped support up to 50 kids and their families successfully and with great respect! I am looking forward to my next chapter.
