About Heather Wilson

As a human resources business partner with over six years of experience, I have developed a strong expertise in employee relations, talent development, and diversity and inclusion. I enjoy collaborating with managers and employees to provide guidance, coaching, and solutions on various HR topics, such as performance management, career progression, and conflict resolution. Most recently, I worked at Skretting North America, a global leader in aquaculture feed production, where I supported the strategic and operational HR needs of the business. I managed the recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, and ensured a positive candidate and employee experience. I also initiated employee engagement activities and promoted a culture of innovation and sustainability. I have a bachelor's degree in human resources management from Capella University, and I am always eager to learn and grow my skills. I am passionate about creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment for everyone, and I value teamwork, integrity, and innovation. I am excited to bring my diverse perspectives and experiences to the team and contribute to the success of the organization.
