Hi, I'm Heather and I love to work with business leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals, partnering with them to grow both personally and professionally. Who are my clients? My clients are people who want to enhance their communication and leadership skills, transition to management or level-up their career, or those who want to take their own business to the next level. Why do I believe in coaching? As a business owner myself, I have been working with a coach for over 10 years now. More recently, my business partner and I started working with a business mentor, to help expand our two businesses and consider what is possible. Working with our mentor, he is able to draw out our ideas, allow us to consider what will work, what won't, provide us with some insight from his experience and develop a plan to make it all happen -and it is happening. We are currently looking for a larger office, we are also looking to hire more staff. coaching gets you farther, faster! Successful business owners, professionals or leaders in organizations often seek coaching, to achieve short-term and long-term goals because though they know what they want, it's been proven that you achieve more when you work with a coach. Some are dealing with challenges and obstacles that they have struggled with for years, and are ready to let go and step up!
