After spending several years working in the mortgage world and the big banks, I was burned out. The market was changing FAST. It was a 70+ hour per week investment of time away from the things that I loved and my family and friends suffered. Having previously invested in homes, I found myself drawn back to a hobby as a business. I decided to take some classes and get my license. I found my niche managing a firm dealing in bank owned homes and HUD properties. I had the background banks wanted to list and sell homes; the investors liked it because I can evaluate their properties accurately; new homeowners could get all of their mortgage questions answered up front. It was a Great fit! My hobby was now a job I was passionate about. I specialize in: Residential Home Sales for Buyers and Sellers -Matching you with your dream home. Property Management -Overseeing and protecting your investment. Real Estate Asset Assessment -Realistic valuing of what the property is worth in today's market. Contract Negotiations -Win Win Win negotiation strategies. Customer Service -Taking care of the client and exceeding expectations. It is not my goal to make everyone happy. That is not realistic. It is my goal for my client to have a positive experience. I want to set the expectations with clients so they know what is possible with their real estate transaction and how to overcome any issue that may arise. That I will be there to help guide them smoothly through if there is a rough spot. To empower them. To encourage what is right for them and to make THEIR right decision.
