About Heather Wolfe

In my early career, I was fascinated by numbers and logic. As I furthered my education and became a qualified actuary in the U.K.(FIA), Canada (FCIA) and the U.S.(FSA), I discovered a related passion - using my knowledge and experience to help people understand and thrive in pension plans. Today, as CEO for TTC Pension Plan, I lead a team of talented pension and investment professionals. We are dedicated to helping our members enjoy a financially secure retirement with a pension they can count on for life. This role is the culmination of my career working in all areas of pensions, from administration and consulting to risk and investment management. Before joining TTC Pension Plan, I developed my pension expertise at consulting firms, a plan sponsor and an asset management firm. I was attracted to TTC Pension Plan because I am delighted and proud to provide hard-working Canadians in my hometown of Toronto with a reliable pension income they can count on for life. Supporting the people around me - my plan members, my team and my colleagues - is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career. I am a fierce advocate for under-represented groups, and I try every day to be an ally and advocate for positive change in the workplace. People know me as a leader and a helper. I’m also a mom, a wife, a friend and an avid reader. I’m a closet Disney lover, having been to Disney World more than 25 times and look forward to more visits in the future!
