Matrix began with a single cost analyst with over 30 years in the industry. Since that time, we have constructed a team of highly experienced professionals. Our senior members share over 150 years of experience working in EPC projects from the nuclear, infrastructure, government, and manufacturing sectors. The diversity and experience shared among our team allows Matrix to perform at the highest levels in all disciplines. In 2016, Matrix performed project management oversight for over $300 million in PCM contracts and in 2017 we will oversee in excess of $450 million. Through it all, Matrix has established a reputation of ensuring projects come in on-time and on-budget. The Matrix performance model centers around providing a project management team specifically tailored to the project’s goals and deliverables. The hand-selected team mobilizes at project funding and provides project management and oversight through close-out. No plugging or pulling of personnel, no lag time for mid-project staff integration. A cohesive project management unit, built at the start and retained throughout.
