In my current role, I oversee; the delivery of quality and safe and nutritious food. I manage EVS and laundry services at 9 facilities in the Central Kootenay region. I operate in leading a team of 150+ staff. I am skilled in strategic planning, workplace culture, organizational structure, staff development, customer service, and problem-solving. I am passionate about providing exceptional support services that enhance the health and well-being of; patients, clients, residents and staff in the Interior Health Authority.
