Relationship Manager at debt and structured finance Responsibilities : • Working in project financing loans, Securitization and Bridging loans, and Club-Deals. • Attending calls with clients to negotiate their financial requirements. • Evaluating clients’ data and financial statements, calculating client's financial needs, and analyzing client records to recommend payment plans. • Analyzing the financial models for the presented projects & evaluating the financial status of clients by generating financial ratios • Preparing the credit memorandums for new and existing clients (renewal, amending terms and conditions, waiving, etc.) • Contributing in financial and market study execution, and assisting in the marketing plan to achieve the sector target. • Coordinate between participating banks and our bank's internal departments. • Preparing reports and required data for external parties like CBE, External Auditors and Accountability State Authority.
