I am a senior level continuous process improvement and coaching professional who combines a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, Scrum and Agile with the ability to identify and enhance the unique skills of other practitioners so they can optimize the rigor and creativity of CPI tools and methodologies.My specialty is helping others develop their skills, apply a strategic approach to problem-solving, and build areas of specialization. I do this by applying methodology, performance, and behavioral coaching skills to help others maximize their strengths and position themselves for success. I’ve been successful because I am flexible within a solid methodology framework, applying multiple tools and disciplines to tailor my approach to the individual, team or project. I easily share this foundation with others by managing out loud, clearly sharing my process for evaluating scenarios and potential solutions. My approach is unique because I understand that combining tools and techniques with the creative talents of the individual is a great formula for success.
