I have been working in IT/services areas for more than 16 years, in my career I played different roles as programmer, consultant, product specialist, project manager and I have had the opportunity to work and implement many business companies cycles as Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain, General Ledger and now working with CRM in a cloud environment. In Microsoft I have development strong business relationship with our partners in different countries as Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Venezuela. I have contributed to increase the customer satisfaction, business partner satisfaction and it has helped to create new customer references for sales team. I enjoy working with the technology and customer support services, be updated on new hardware technologies and new applications features allow me complement my job, offering different kind of services or software to our customer to reduce costs, increase profitability automating business process, sales and marketing plans.
