Hello! I'm an Asset Management Associate at Freddie Mac, where my expertise lies in overseeing deal-level and loan-level performance of securitized loans. My journey has led me through various multifamily department initiatives, enhancing my skills in areas such as floating rate loans, senior housing, and spearheading a significant technology initiative. This initiative focused on modernizing Freddie Mac's technological landscape and streamlining processes. I'm proud to be the co-lead of the Embrace pillar for the Business Resource Group, Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Achievement (HOLA), at Freddie Mac. In this role, I have the privilege of exemplifying leadership while celebrating and embracing the vibrant and diverse heritage of Latino culture. This position allows me to not only contribute to our diverse community but also to inspire others through the power of inclusion and cultural appreciation. Additionally, I’ve won the 2022 Rising Leaders Business Case Competition and have participated as a speaker at multiple events including the Rising Leaders General Body meeting, Rising Leaders HomeBuyerU event, Dia de los Muertos celebration, and Leadership in Transition (LIT) Real Estate investment event, sharing valuable insights and experiences. Looking ahead, I aspire to climb the executive ladder. My goal is to make meaningful decisions that propel the finance industry forward, leveraging my experience and insights. Outside of work, I'm passionate about volunteering for special causes,fitness, practicing Jiu-Jitsu, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
