Have in my background the experience of assembly and put into work more than 5 Contact Center / Call Centers in the last 7 years, using Omni-Channel platforms and integrated environment, with technologies such as Boberdoo, Connect First, Convoso, Five9, Hubspot, Invoca, Landscape, Salesforce, and others. Used to Manage high scale and high-profitability projects in different industries, including logistics, warehouse, TDOA, and others. I consider myself a natural-born leader, as well as an extroverted, agile, effective, and empathic person, capable of transforming working teams into their best version, I used to put into practice what I have learned as an Electronics Engineer and also as a Green-Belt Lean SixSigma, Agile Scrum Master, and Project Manager expert, adapting myself and efforts to get what the companies need.
