Fourteen years Government Contracting experience providing Logistics Support to the U.S. Armed Forces in six different Countries. Twenty one years military experience performing and managing automotive maintenance to numerous type of equipment assigned to Units ranging from Company to Battalion size while serving the U. S. Army. Reviewed and evaluated supply, maintenance and transportation system operations and procedures through periodic audits and surveillance inspections. Performed on site and remote inspections of equipment being fabricated to ensure Subcontractors complying with the Statement of Work or Purchase Order. As result of several movements outside of the United States during the last 35 years, contributed to made me an expert on how to deal with the stress and frustration that could be similar to those involved during the process of buying or selling properties.
