I am a community general surgeon, and associate professor of surgery at NOSM. Very interested in complex systems, medical leadership, research, patient safety and quality. 20 years of experience in General Surgery. Starting this year 2020, I am the faculty research coordinator for Surgery at NOSM, Chief of General surgery and Chair of Medical quality assurance committee at MAHC. With a multifaceted career in general surgery spanning several decades, I have had the privilege of contributing to the field in various capacities, from clinical practice to leadership roles, research, and education."
